“If you struggle to square the clubface and leave shots out to the right…

The issue may have started much earlier in the swing.

A pattern I see often is the club getting rolled inside while the body loses posture in the backswing.

Once the spine extends and the chest lifts, it becomes much harder to create the side bend and rotation needed in transition.

The face stays open.
The body runs out of space.
The compensation chain begins.

What’s interesting is that your body is often doing exactly what it’s capable of doing.

If mobility, stability, or strength can’t support the position you’re trying to create, your body will find another way to get there.

That’s why I spend so much time looking at movement before changing mechanics.

The goal isn’t to force a position.

It’s to build a swing around what your body can currently own, then expand those capabilities over time.

When the body improves, the swing often follows.”
