Where are you located?
We’re located at 2429 Circle Dr, Wake Forest, NC 27587, just past the Capital Blvd South & Burlington Mills intersection.

Access & Hours

What are your hours?
Members have access 24/7, 365 days a year.

How do I get in during unstaffed hours?
PureStrike runs on a self-service system. You’ll receive your door access code about 10 minutes before your session starts.

What if I can’t get in?
No stress — just text or email us and we’ll help immediately.

Memberships

What membership options do you offer?
We offer several passes depending on how often you play:

  • VIP Pass – Unlimited simulator time (most popular)

  • Founders Pass – Unlimited (legacy pricing)

  • Practice Pass – 4 hours/month

  • Student Pass – 4 hours/month (ages 16 & under)

  • Players Pass – 2 hours/month

Which membership do most people choose?
About 90% of members choose the VIP Unlimited Pass for flexibility and value.

 

Lessons

Do you offer lessons?
Yes — we offer private coaching with our instructors.

I’ve never taken a lesson at PureStrike. What’s the first step?
Start with a free 30-minute swing consult. It’s a no-commitment session to meet the coaches and build a plan.

How do I book a lesson if I’ve already had one?
Go to the Lesson tab → Book a Lesson → choose your coach and time.

Having trouble scheduling?
Just text or email us and we’ll book it for you manually.

Simulator & Tech

What simulator software do you use?
We run Uneekor with GSPro for courses and practice.

What’s the computer password?
0128

The simulator isn’t reading my shots — what should I do?

  • Make sure the Uneekor light is flashing green

  • Hit from the back half of the mat

  • Remove extra balls from the hitting area

  • Restart or flip the red power switch

If it’s still acting up, text us.

How do I return to the GSPro home screen?
Tap the 4-square icon → End Round.

 

Saving Data

How do I save my range session data?
Tap the clipboard icon (top left) → Save as Excel.
Label it with your name and date, then email it to yourself.

 

Fittings

Do you offer club fittings?
Yes — fittings are $100.

Does the fitting fee apply toward clubs?
Yes. If you purchase clubs, the $100 fitting fee is credited toward the total.

 

On-Site Rules & Amenities

Can I put something on the TV?
Yes — feel free to put anything on.

Can I bring beer?
Yes — BYOB is fine, just be responsible.

Where is the bathroom?
Next door through the double glass doors, take a left, then a right.
Keys are on the keyboard stand (blue carabiner) or under the mat (purple key).

What should I do when I leave?
Please turn off the lights and close the door behind you.
