These Terms & Conditions govern the use of PureStrike Golf’s facilities, simulators, equipment, memberships, lessons, leagues, and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian or granted prior permission.

Reservations & Facility Use

Reservations are recommended but not guaranteed.
Walk-ins are accepted based on availability.
Reserved simulator time must be adhered to.
PureStrike Golf reserves the right to charge for simulator overage time without prior notice.

Code of Conduct

Guests must behave respectfully toward staff and other patrons. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal without refund.

Equipment Responsibility

Guests are responsible for proper use of all equipment. Damage caused by misuse or negligence may result in repair or replacement charges.

Pricing & Payments

Pricing is subject to change without notice.
Full payment is required at the time of booking or prior to service.
Credit and debit cards are accepted.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
12+ hours notice: Full refund, no fee
Less than 12 hours: $25 cancellation fee
No-shows: No refund, full booking fee charged
Rescheduling is allowed up to 12 hours before start time at no charge.

PureStrike Golf reserves the right to charge members up to 50% of the full simulator rental for late cancellations to ensure fair access.

Lessons Policy

All lessons are non-refundable.
Lessons are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.
Lessons are non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser.
Unused lessons expire after 365 days and hold no cash value.

Membership Terms

All memberships require a minimum three (3) month commitment.
Memberships may not be paused, refunded, or transferred during the commitment period.
Membership pricing and benefits are subject to change at the discretion of PureStrike Golf.

Junior Policy

A Junior is defined as any user under the age of 16.
Junior services must be purchased and managed by a parent or legal guardian.
Parents or guardians assume full responsibility for junior participants.

Waiver of Liability

Use of PureStrike Golf facilities involves inherent risk. By using the facility, you voluntarily assume all risks and release PureStrike Golf and its representatives from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Medical Disclaimer

You confirm you are physically capable of participating. PureStrike Golf does not provide medical care. In emergencies, you authorize PureStrike Golf to seek medical care at your expense.

BYOB Policy

PureStrike Golf does not sell or serve alcohol. Guests who choose to bring and consume alcohol do so at their own risk and assume full responsibility for their conduct. Alcohol consumption is restricted to individuals 21 years or older.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in Wake County, NC.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PureStrike Golf regarding use of our services.
